The high-frequency signal is oscillated through an oscillation circuit and converted into mechanical energy by a transducer (i.e. high-frequency mechanical vibration energy with a frequency exceeding the auditory threshold of the human ear). This energy is transmitted to the plastic workpiece through the welding head, and the joint surface of the plastic workpiece is subjected to intense friction and melting with hundreds of thousands of vibrations per second and pressure. The brief pressure maintained on the workpiece after the vibration stops solidifies the two welded parts in a molecular linking manner. The welding time is generally less than 1 second, and the obtained welding strength can be comparable to the body. Ultrasonic plastic welding machines can be used for butt welding of thermoplastic materials, as well as for processing processes such as riveting, spot welding, embedding, and cutting. Design the size and shape of the mold based on the appearance of the product.
